On successful completion of the module, students should be able to:

A clear understanding of the main related concepts around climate change, inequality and technology and their relationship with development.

Some insights into the main component drivers, trends and development impacts around climate change, technology and inequality, with reference to both the global and regional levels.

An appreciation of the processes of systemic change, the difficulties in tackling these ‘wicked’ problems, and the challenges in developing policy and political solutions.

Sufficient comprehension and confidence to critically engage with peers, and others in society regarding the areas covered and related policy debates.
