	Overview
	This module provides students with a review of current research in Physical Geography. Students will get an overview of some of the core concepts in Physical Geography and how these have been developed in recent research. Students who would like to register for GY699PG should contact the Year Manager to discuss this, and get approval for this, even if they've initially registered for this module.

	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Understand how some core geographical concepts are used and how they have been taken up in recent geographical research.
