The module pays attention to the impact of globalization on food production, distribution, and consumption. Key processes are identified, theorized, and explained. Case study materials are drawn from ‘first’ and ‘third’ world contexts. A range of theoretical perspectives will be introduced, evaluated, and critiqued during the module. |
