All scholars must ensure that they comply with the general Terms and Conditions and the reporting requirements as set out in the terms and conditions of their scholarship.
Compliance includes: • the preparation and timely submission to the funders of bi-annual reports detailing matters including project and career development progression, financial update and outputs; • the recording of all Training and Career Development Plan activities • recording and retention of any funder/Academic Supervisor approvals or permissions • lodging of wholly/partly funded publications and other research outputs in an Open Access repository as per Terms and Conditions • acknowledgement of support (and Strategic Partner support where applicable) and inclusion of logo in all publications and publicity materials as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. • retention of copies of all publication/publicity material with acknowledgement
The Research Information System (RIS) will be a repository for all compliance documentation. RDO will host RIS information sessions to instruct scholars how to access their records and upload their compliance material.
