• Demonstrate awareness of the specificity of Breton culture.
• Recognise and use the basic structures of the modern Breton language.
• Interact orally in a simple manner provided the other person speaks slowly and is prepared to help. To be able to analyse a simple written text in Breton.
• Discuss the status of the Breton language in France and examine its linkage to other Celtic languages

• 24 hours per semester language classes.

• Module Graded (numeric value) or Ungraded (Pass/Not Passed): Graded
• Continuous Assessment detail(s): Continuous Assessment (Test at end of the semester, participation in class).

• Pass standard: 40%
