	Overview
	The main aim of this module is to train the students in using contemporary computational and data visualisation software: C/C++, Mathematica, CST, Matlab, Comsol or OpenDX. Module content Topics in computational physics using numeric and symbolic approach. Advanced data mining, processing and presentation.

	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Develop software solutions to physics problems using numerical computing Perform symbolic computations using a computer algebra software Transform and analyse data sets using established techniques. Present data using a variety of visualisation methods.
