• Pass standard: 40%
• Could the result of this module be capped? No
• students are not required to pass components separately – an overall pass mark of 40% is acceptable.
• Penalties: Late submission of assignments will not, in general, be accepted. Plagiarism, collusion, and inappropriate quoting are penalized in accordance with programme and department policy.

• Basic programming experience in any language (C, Basic, etc.)
