	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Work productively in a technical role in an organisation. Appreciate the importance of the multi-disciplinary relationships and interfaces. Perform as a team member, with typical industrial deadline and reporting relationships, to solve practical engineering problems in real life circumstances. Apply learnt theory and principles within a practical project Appreciate the issues surrounding plan adherence and performance in a practical situation. Outline the ethical framework within which the organisation operates. Apply general ethical principles to identified operational circumstances encountered in the IWE placement. Prepare a professional Curriculum vitae and attend Interviews for a professional post.
