In this module, students undertake an Action Research project, specifically related to an aspect of their practice. This work will be presented as a 20,000-word dissertation and will include the following:
• Action Research design
• Literature review
• Ethical issues associated with Action Research
• Identified research participants, sites and appropriate methodologies pertaining to Action Research
• Data collection techniques and forms of analysis
• Presentation of the findings
• Implications for policy and practice
