The range of difficulties addressed on the Course changes from year-to-year in order to address the need of those taking the course. Practical strategies for adapting instruction to meet the learning needs of pupils with GLD are provided. Course input on each of the low-incidence SEN reflects current research in the field. Where applicable suitable technology, software and assistive devices are highlighted. There is a close relationship between this Module and the planning and teaching requirements of the Teaching Practice Module.
