Restorative Practices are increasingly used in schools, both primary and secondary, as a core part of teacher-pupil engagement, to help behaviour management and conflict resolution. Studies have shown that using R.P. reduces disciplinary problems; enhances peer and student - teacher relations and supports the development of emotional literacy.
