	Overview
	This module serves to develop student skills and practice in dramatic storytelling for primary school contexts. The theory of Storytelling Theatre will be explored practically through devising performance and planning, assessing and co-facilitating drama workshop material suitable for a primary school audience. The development of a group work ethic is critical to this module. Students� knowledge and critical understanding of the key principles of process drama and school performance will be expanded in this module.

	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Demonstrate advanced skills in storytelling through drama Demonstrate the ability to co-plan, co-teach and assess an integrated drama workshop further to a staged performance Collaborate on shared process-based thematic work in drama Reflect on the teaching and learning dynamic in Drama in Education. Relate theory to practice through the application of reading to the devising process.
