The project aims to: • engage pupils in collaborative, curricular-based projects • promote mutual understanding between school communities • promote sustainability of the use of technology in schools This module will continue to foster these aims by giving Froebel student teachers an opportunity to manage and monitor a short term cross-community, curricular based project using a model based on the project 'Dissolving Boundaries'. This will be done by combining online collaboration, video-conferencing and face-to-face communication over a period of 9 weeks. Working in conjunction another student in another school, the student teachers will have the practical support and guidance of the elective team to plan and implement a cross-community, curricular based project.
