On completion of this module, the student will be able to:
• actively participate in professional learning communities which engage in group reflection, learning and practice
• critically integrate theory with practice in real contexts
• think independently on the central educational issues in teaching and learning
• begin to take a well informed position, well judged action on issues in teaching and learning
