Overview Overview

Econometrics uses statistical methods to measure relationships postulated by economic theory. The earlier part of the course will look at the basic statistical theory that will be needed to study Econometrics. The second part of the course introduces the basic concepts of regression analysis and students will be introduced to software that is used in empirical research.
