• To provide a framework for the understanding of youth work as a distinctive professional approach to developmental work with young people.

• Lectures, workshops, tutorials, study visits, skill practice, individual and small group work as appropriate.

• Continuous Assessment detail(s): Total marks 100%. Course work Each assessment component of this module must be passed independently, therefore no compensation is allowed between components.

• Pass standard: 40%
