	Typical Examples: (i) Mechanistic Organic Chemistry - Students work on the modeling of reaction mechanisms and pathways in Organic Chemistry. Weekly workshops are held over eight semesters. (ii) Electrochemical and Spectroscopic Data - Students work on the analysis of electrochemical/spectroscopic data to extract fundamental parameters and also learn skills in a range of electrochemical/spectroscopy methodologies. Weekly workshops are held over eight semesters.
