This module will expose students to a wide range of teaching and learning methods and provide an opportunity for reflection on their own teaching practice. It seeks to develop student capacity in creative, interactive teaching practice and draws on a range of methods used in adult and community education practice. This is a hands-on, practice based modules where student teachers will gain a grounding in group work, facilitation skills and presentation skills. This module helps learners put into practice the theoretical perspectives they are introduced to across other course modules such as the ideas of Paulo Freire, Augusto Boal and Carl Rogers. Students will also engage in peer learning.

80% attendance is required for this module.
