This module is designed to provide students with an understanding of corporate governance issues, with a specific emphasis on listed public companies. It will provide a framework for analyzing how different stakeholders, both internally and externally, influence the behavior of key parties within a listed public company. Students participating in this module will develop an understanding of the role that ethics has in business and professional work. Students will be exposed to the skills necessary to critically analyse the impact of ethics in the current business environment.
