The application of legislation, practices and procedures governing Income Tax in Ireland. It involves addressing the classification of income, computation of taxable income and tax liabilities, residence and domicile, tax credits & reliefs, capital allowances, losses and detailed tax computations. The course also covers application of legislation procedure and practice governing the charge to VAT on routine supplies of goods and services and an introduction to Local Property Tax. |
